Accommodation, Food and Tournament Entry Costs

In 2012, we offer accommodation through the Tournament Organisers at the Stayokay Hostel on a half-board basis, which includes bed, breakfast and three-course dinner. Sweets will be sold during the day, while beer will be available for sale in the afternoon.  We only offer accommodation in four-bed shared rooms. Each room has its own shower and toilet facilities.

If you wish to organise your accommodation at the tournament venue through the Tournament Organisers, you MUST register and pay in full before 1^st of August, 2012.

After the 1^st of August 2012, we will take no further direct responsibility in organising accommodation at StayOkay. You can try to make your own direct arrangements with them (if rooms are still available) or we can recommend some nearby Bed & Breakfasts. 

Option A: StayOkay (4-bed room) Accommodation

Thursday: Dinner & Bed

Friday & Saturday:  Breakfast, Dinner and Bed

Sunday: Breakfast

Cost:          135 Euro

If you use PayPal to make your deposit, please transfer an amount of 143 Euro to cover our costs. Transaction costs on other methods of payment (eg bank transfers) are borne by the participants.
Please note that our PayPal address has changed!

Accommodation for less than three nights (i.e. one or two nights) costs 50 Euro per night on the same basis (dinner, bed and breakfast).

Option B: Dinners Only, No Accommodation

Thursday, Friday and Saturday: Dinner

Cost:          40 Euro

In addition to Option A or B, the Tournament Entry Fee is 30 Euro.

We can also organise an extra (Wednesday) night's accommodation at Stayokay, if you are travelling a long distance. This costs 40 Euro per person (bed and breakfast, no dinner).
If you only participate in the Mini-tournaments the Tournament Entry Fee is 30 Euro.
